What do i do my 3 yrs old and i are overwaight and how do we both get back in shape im so sad
@mimixtmn sooo true thank you for that dound good wish I had a plate of that mac and cheese in front of me now
Well you know now! If you ever need any help figuring food stuff out I am always here ❤
Definitely just focus on health, fresh foods, smaller meals, and moving more. Agree with @ekko to just keep the focus on weight away from your daughters. Just don't have high calorie junk food in the house and stay busy.
This is a super common issue with kids being home a lot more and bored with covid going on. It will fix itself with a few changes.
Ok yes i think it was because we home all day !!!! I was thinking to get a soccer ball tooo
Try to make healthier food choices and portion control, drink lots of water and eliminate any sugary drinks , I agree don’t worry too much about your 3 year old I am sure she is alright and she’s still growing. Take walks, even do some indoor work outs
@michellemybell09 she is getting picky but she likes a lot of milk and snacks mostly and i dont take her to the park everyday I have to start
@vergeenya, if it’s whole milk that could also be an issue and to cut back on that, and depending on what kind of snacks they are if they aren’t too healthy replace them with something healthy like fruits, veggies. Having daily exercise like going to the park or just for walks will be helpful.
@michellemybell09 yes your idea sound so easy to adjust to I like it
Incorporate walks into your day while the weather is still nice. We walk as a family around the neighborhood as long as it’s not raining.
Make healthier choices and try and get active. I workout with my 2 year old he joins in sometimes and will also go off and do his own thing on the other side of the living room. I’ve been doing workout videos from the growwithjo channel on YouTube she’s super fun and beginning friendly, I’ve lost a lot of weight in a little bit of time.
@vergeenya, seriously do it… her walking workouts are amazing I usually do the ones that are 45-60mins and burn 400-650 calories. I lost 25 lbs in just over a month.
Eat only fresh food Elimate all processed food
Eat healthy meals and control portion sizes. Diet is a huge part of weight loss. Also, don’t talk about dieting or losing weight in front of your 3yo. I wouldn’t worry too much about her weight. She is still growing. Making the healthy food changes will help her grow in a healthy way. Good luck.
Thank you im going to take your advice seriously because this is so uncomfortable
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
ladies I do believe we have a fake 😒

So I don’t think I will keep this pregnancy and I don’t know what I’m supposed to do
The pediatrician went over the growth chart and showed me the growth line and my little one was way up not in the regular line at all . this is crazy how my 1st daughter was always under weight and now totally the opposite with my second daughter
