I met my husband when I was 15 & a freshman in high school and he was 17 & a senior. Apparently he had seen me a lot at school and thought I was cute so one day he finally messaged me on Facebook and we started talking from there and we have been together ever since. We just recently got married in November and are now expecting our first baby (boy) in September.

I don't judge either way It's not my place. funny how life works out though:)

We actually met about 10 years ago. A whole group of us used to hang out at this park in town and him and a few of his friends starting hanging out there. Then when winter time came we all stopped hanging out there and went our separate ways. Three years later my friend and I were looking for some Marijuana and heard he had some, so I called him up and we started hanging out. Then a few months later we started dating. 7 and 1/2 years later we have a beautiful little girl and get to meet our little boy in two weeks! Don't worry neither of us smoke any more lol.

My SO was actually my boyfriends best friend when we were in 8th grade. I've been with my SO since 9th grade.... It was a huge ordeal at first but who knew how wonderful out life would turn out

I know how you feel. after the relationship you were in I am happy he was able to wait for you to feel up to a relationship again, that he didn't try to rush you like most guys would.

I was a freshman in high school, and he was a junior. I was trying to make friends and all that, and one day during lunch I walked into his group of friends because I knew a couple people in the group and I had nowhere else to sit. Right as I walked up he flashed his nipple tattoos, and I knew in that instant that he was someone I wanted to know. We eventually got closer and closer and we started sneaking off during lunch, except when his girlfriend was around (she hardly ever was). We always went to this one corner on the outside of the school and cuddled because it was cold. One day he finally kissed me and left her and it's a long story after that, but we were off and on until a few months ago when we got back in touch with each other and fell in love all over again. Needless to say I moved in with him and we're having a child together and he's trying to get enough money to buy me a ring so we can get married. He's my entire world and I wouldn't change a thing.

I worked at a night club as a bartender / waitress, the owner is a biker in a MC club and would always have other clubs come in there, one night I saw a guy standing at the bar, so I asked my boss man, " hey who's that?" he said oh that's just Cornbread.. I told em hook me up, we just laughed and I went back to working.. but I was so serious! that night I made an attempt to talk to him, before I knew it though he was gone.. sadly I didn't get his number.. and I even asked my Co workers about him.. he works on a tow boat so he's gone 3 weeks out of a month! he looked for me on fb for 3 weeks by my first name, finally found me with only 2 days left on the boat, we talked, had our first date and was dating by the time he left to get on the boat, that was my hunny! now we'll be having our daughter on the 22nd!

I had met this guy through friends. he was cute, handsome, and charming. We went out on a date and a few more. We had fun and I was convinced he was a good guy. Then he started telling me he loved me and such...I told him I couldn't say it back because it had only been two months into our relationship. He then grew distant until we both decided to break it off. I found out I was pregnant two weeks later. I waited a couple more weeks to tell him...and I didn't see him again until I was six months pregnant. From then on he was mean and emotionally abusive every chance he got and still is... I decided to keep encouraging him to grow and be better so he wouldn't regret anything. I also decided I would never ever date or have any sort of relationship with a man again. I focused on getting right worth God. I asked for strength, the ability to keep forgiving, and empowerment to get through and do what was necessary to raise my son I'm a good way. One day my girlfriends and I were sitting around my living room talking about hearts scorn, when someone whips out tinder. we all thought it was hilarious and downloaded it. I matched with a bunch of guys with horrible pick up lines I never responded to. Then one day, I got a message saying, "hey I see that you say your first love is Jesus. that really really spoke to me and told me more about who you are than any pictures you could have posted. If you are interested in just being friends, let me know because I would love that chance." I talked with him. I blew him off. he stayed patient. when I told him about being a single mom, he was sweet about it...not scared away in the least. he explained to me that good comes from the hardest trials in life and if you stay persistent and faithful, you will be rewarded. and I was. We were married this fall and now are expecting another boy 😊

Met my now husband at the championships basketball game between our schools. I was a cheerleader as a junior and he was in the stands as a senior cheering for his best friend who was shooting the winning free throw shot for his school. We gave each other a few playful "shut-up, my team is better" glances and never spoke. Fast forward about 3 years and he added me as a friend on Facebook because I looked familiar. Well, we chatted for a few days and finally came to see where we knew each other from. Set up a date, and he came to my house to pick my up. Instant connection and never an awkward moment the entire first date. After "talking", exclusively talking, to only each other for about 2 months, he asked me to be his girlfriend on a day out on the water fishing. He bought a gorgeous bracelet that he gave to me, and I still wear it. After 2 years of dating, he took me to Glacier National Park and proposed to me on top of a mountain and asked an unsuspecting lady to take pictures as he was about to surprise me with the ring!!! We got married 8 months later and love married life! We got pregnant 7 months after getting married, a big surprise, but we couldn't be happier!!!! We will welcome our 1st baby boy into the world in August!!! 💙

Well I dodnt know mine. When I was 13 a boy ran up behind me at the park shoved me down in the snow and shoved snow down my shirt to cop a feel. His introduction to me was Hi Im Thomas, and I hate aeropostal. I was wearing an aeropostal shirt. 5 to 6 years later I end up hanging out with him and a few people not knowing hes the one I met, trying to date a friend of ours we had mutually. He was ignoring me, so Thomas stepped up, and helped me out when we went to our destination: Rock climbing. He carried me down when I had an anxiety attack. Held my wrist to keep track of my pulse the whole way home, and during the next few weeks he constantly called me his girlfriend, played with my hair, etc, and eventually I gave in, and said alright, Ill be your girlfriend. Well the next day someone told me who he was and I slapped him in his car and he laughed at me cause he had no idea either. Love is strange. 😂😂

I met my husband on deployment. I hated him at first, but he kept trying to talk to me, flirt with me, and kept asking to join my "circle of love". 😂😂 One day when he was drunk, he saw me walking with my friends and ran and grabbed my butt. I turned around and started yelling at him, but he told me to calm down and that I could touch his butt back. I did and it was nice. Lol. He asked to take me out... Our very first date was in the middle of the ocean on a naval ship... Eating Oreos on the messdeck. 😐 Our "official" date was in Italy and we went to this hole in the wall restaurant. It was a lovely date lol. Anywho, here we are now, we've been married for almost a year and a half with an 8 month old baby girl.

I love hearing military stories. they always seem so bittersweet but always with a happy ending. hate that they have to go but when they come back...its amazing

I was 15 and he was 20. He used to drink with my mom lol. We snuck around for about 3 months and then my mom found out. He was in the military, so we called the quits because my mom was threatening his career and he was threatening my mom's career. A month after we split, he got married to his ex wife (to get out of the barracks) he also wanted a child. I was willing, but she was able. So they got pregnant, she purposely miscarried their first child by getting shot faced drunk (she knew she was pregnant) and then they got pregnant again and, again she purposely miscarried their second child (she has diabetes and didn't take care of herself purposely) and then they got pregnant with their third child and my husband told her if she miscarried the next one, he would leave her, but she purposely put herself into early labor with our son by taking multiple scolding hot bathes in a row at 32 weeks pregnant. After our son was born, My husband found out she was doing drugs, put her into 3 different rehab facilities, and when he realized she was going to keep choosing drugs over him and their child, he filed for divorce and his mom kicked her out of the house. I had just broken up with my boyfriend of a year and a half and had never stopped loving my husband, so I messaged him on Facebook (after discovering I was unblocked because his ex wife had blocked me) 2 days later, he went to GA to visit me for the weekend (I was 18 at this point) and then a week later, he came and got me and took me to SC and I never left. 6 months later, we got married and pregnant :)

my sisters best friend that i knew for my whole life set me up with her nephew on her husbands side. we were together for a while but he got deployed and i was only 19 at the time so we split bc he didnt want me to wait for him. than 3 years later we connected through facebook and we picked up were we lefted off like we didnt even break up. now we r engaged and expecting our first child together :)

awww @brittanycheri that's actually very sweet! my husband was in the army as well.

I met my husband online. We talked for a while off and on and I never agreed to meet him. He was a solider in the Army and I had a bad experience with a solider so I made him talk to me on there for a while. But he always came up and I was always so interested, I felt like I knew he would be important to me but I didn't know how important. He finally got my number we talked for awhile and he asked me to come down (I lived an hour and a half away from him) and meet him (he didn't have a car, long story) I always made an excuse I was scared he just wanted sex and he asked me to a military ball and I agreed thinking if he wants me to be around his friends and higher ups he might mean something here. So I met him the weekend before the ball and just over 3 weeks later we were married, he deployed a day shy of our 1 month anniversary and now just over 2 years later we are days away of meeting our first baby girl.

my husband kept trying to leave the girl he was with, my friend, and I told him I wouldn't be the reason their relationship ended. little did I know how bad their relationship was. he only stayed because I kept turning him down

when I was 6 his dad built my house so we played together almost every day. we lost connection and then when I was 16 I had a friend over and we took each others phones and texted a bunch of people and he was one of the only ones to reply to me. we have been together since. lol

I was in a relationship with someone else my SO saw me on a friends fb and called me from that friends phone and left me a voicemail telling me he was the one for me. After 3 months and my previous relationship had ended I was at a party and he showed up with another girl and he left her the next day and a week later we were dating and we have been together ever since.

My fiancé and I met in college, I thought he was such a cutie! He would always say hi to me when we passed by each other walking and I would get all shy. He was really close with this girl I was friends with so I figured he was "off limits" after we were both out of college I messaged him and now we have an amazing 4 month old little boy, and we just got engaged!
