Okay mommies after my 2nd baby my stomach has gotten very stretched out! It's pretty depressing I'm starting to lose the baby weight I had gotten from her but my skin is getting more saggy on my stomach 😩 I'm only 2 weeks postpartum so I can't technically workout yet but I just wanna know do you guys think it will tighten back up? Has anyone dealt with this? I use to be 120lbs before my first kid which was 2 years ago now I'm probably 160-170 I haven't weighed myself since having the baby but I got to be 190 only gained like 30lbs with her tho. Any help or info would be so awesome!!
There isn't any specific exercise or one thing that could tighten up your tummy but clean eating and exercise will definitely do the trick! If you need any workout plans or meal plans made for ya, I'm a trainer and I do both. :) Good luck, momma!
