My girls are both head down and resting on my left hip. From about 20 weeks on, I didn't even think about a vaginal birth. One was always breech. To think I could deliver the way I originally planned (natural vaginal), makes me giddy with excitement. But there's still a lot to consider. If baby A kicks B on the way out to where she flips, then I'd be knocked out bc there wouldn't be time for an epidural to work. Then I'd be recovering from both vaginal and c section, but more importantly I'd miss the birth of my other babe. Oh and this will happen in a week, so I better decide soon. Thoughts?

some doctors won't let you opt for c-section if they are both head down, but if you can I'd choose to go with csection.. the probability of what they call a prolapse cord goes significantly higher and can cause the second baby to either be brain dead or die if not corrected in a timely mannor

I wouldnt be too worried many women have natural birthed twins.

Go for the vaginal birth if you really want it, and if it happens that you have to have a c section, have your husband record the second one coming out and crying for you.

My Dr wants to try vaginally but they move too much and baby B on top is bigger than baby A so may have to go c section route
