It’s better to be more dilated when you get to the hospital so then your not waiting around as much . With my first i came in fully dilated

@walkers-mom when they did an ultrasound on me i was having contractions that i couldn't feel. So I'm afraid that i won't feel them too much and will be far along.

@motherof3nigerianprincesses, 3 cm dilated 50% effaced when i was checked 2 hours ago.. i was having contractions on the monitor but i didn’t feel them..and i don’t really feel much now. There going to check me again in 2 hours and if I’ve progressed I’m staying but if not
