I'm sort of in the same boat. It's not my husband birthday but it's a company dinner honoring him and stating his promotion. I honestly don't want to go but I know he wants me there. Plus it's hard finding something I look nice in with this huge stomach of mine.

Definitely understand that I just wanted her to see that I wouldn't miss it if I could help it. She was so shocked when I Walked in. I've had good days and bad days so I only went because I was feeling fine. but I definitely really went for the cake 😂. He probably wants you to go to show u and baby off to everyone. Men don't say/ show it all the time but they get excited when people ask them how things are going they feel more involved I think.

It's all on how you about it. I just went to my best friends birthday at a bar being 41 weeks pregnant Saturday. Lol but I only stayed for an hour. It feels good to get out ever now and then. But only if u feel up to it.

Kmt I was there with my husband on his b-day we was dancing he was drinking and dancing we had a ball and he actually got home did the nasty and he said he thought it was going to be weird but he had a really good time and to top it off he didn't have to worry about who was going to drive home.

if you don't want to go then don't if you do and can't hang at least you showed face and than go home.
