this whole high blood pressure thing is no joke. I was borderline pre-eclampsia with my first pregnancy but didn't develop until 36 weeks. this time I got high blood pressure at 26 weeks. I have been on blood pressure medicine since and this week it has been high eve with the medicine. anyone else experience this happening? if so, how did it play out the rest of your pregnancy? I am worried the baby will have to come too early!

@tonyafaith, if your baby does come early, this would be the day and age for it to happen. the survival rate is quadruple higher than it used to be. don't stress mama. you and your precious baby will be ok. lots of prayers for you

I found out today at my appointment that I have pregnancy high blood pressure. Really scared. She said that it will go away after delivery>>>hopefully I say. I have lost 21lbs an I eat healthy and drink lots of water. She also said it's because my hormones are reacting to my body differently because of not being pregnanat for 8 years. Ugh so stressed out. I just need to rant! my blood pressure has been great my whole pregnancy my weight is doing good, but I calledy doctor and spoke to a nurse because my cramping I've been having at night and she says no I need to come in that's is really bad so I went in my blood pressure was high because I was sitting here freaking out and shaking and in the mean time cramping when I got there and I get to see the doctor and he goes ur blood pressure was high so now I'm having to do a 24 hr urine sample freaking out thinking I have high blood pressure even tho my blood pressure has always been good before. now all I can look at is stuff online about preeclampsia and just wanna cry

This is my first pregnancy with a lot of complications. I have problems with my blood pressure and severe pains. I have a doctor appointment in the morning and my foot is super swollen to the point it looks like it's going to bust. I don't know what they usually do with feet that look like it's bout to bust and high blood pressure together. I will be 34wks and 4days tomorrow I really don't won't him to come early but I also don't won't to put him in danger either.
