try natural stuff like chamomile teas

check with ur doctor but I'm certain your not allowed to have Tylenol while breastfeeding.....my doctor only said ibuprofen. Try Ice behind your neck

try peppermint oil

you can take Tylenol. after birth i got Tylenol with codeine for pain & I'm ebf.

Try drinking black coffee. It was a life saver for me

Thanks for the advice. Took two Motrin with coffee this am and it seemed to do the trick!

my Dr said that pregnant women shouldn't take ibuprofen or motrin anymore idk if you guys heard this but she told me that only Tylenol is somewhat safe. personally I prefer to use essential oils just because I hate taking medicine, try lavender oil or bergmont oil on your temples
