you have to nurse a lot. and drink lots of water. I first started only pumping two Oz the whole day! now I'm making 15-20oz through the day. it gets better and better as he grows and nurses. your body knows when the go through a growth spurt so it will automatically increase the supply and also what you pump, it's not an indication of how you much you actually make. I know Lot of mama's who barely get a drop from a pump but they have nice, healthy, chunky babies from breastfeeding
