Is your mucus plug meant to change in color and texture? As gross as this is mines been a pretty bright green and stringy but today I noticed it's a lot thicker and more of a soft pastel green. Just wondering if it's closer to being completely gone or what D: sorry for the disgusting description lmao

They said green was normal. They told me to prepare for my vagina to have a sinus infection lol I'm just not sure about the color change out of no where @raegenice

Think you should call your OB. I'm not sure what color it's supposed to be lol. Most docs have different ideas of when they feel you should be checked and this might be one of those things.

My mucus plug was white up until my water broke and then it was all bloody and white I saw the midwives gloves after she checked to see if my water had broken. I've never heard of a mucus plug being green but don't listen to me. Lol it could change colors. a lot of women never see their plug at all.@maciecakes,
I’m curious who eats greens with their holiday meals or in general. I’m seeing a lot of green beans and green bean casserole on y’all thanksgiving menus but I don’t see greens. A holiday in the south is paired with greens. 😋 I could never go without them.

when I lost it with my first son, it was all at once and mostly clear with red vein like strings(ew) lol. but today I lost a bit of it today I'm pretty positive and it was like a yellow-green and freaked me out. my discharge is otherwise clear, so I know it's not an infection or anything lol. it's just weird.
