So I breastfeed my son who is 3 weeks old today. For the past few days he's not been sleeping very well. It's like he can only sleep when attached to my boob and when he pulls himself off, he starts whining. He doesn't really cry. It's more like a whimper. Does anyone have any advice? I just want both of us to get a little sleep

It just depends like if baby is growing than when they cluster feed alot there signaling your body to produce more. My son loves to nurse lol babies nurse for anything like teething, if not feeling well etc because they feel close to you. But your baby is 3 weeks so im sure its cluster feeding at this point baby is regulating your production of milk since your barely starting off. I think with my son it lasted about a week and half but it happens as they go through growth spurts :)

I cosleep and we nurse throughtout the night laying down. Sometimes babies arent nursing and using it for comfort or they could be cluster feeding.
