😴😴😴😴 I can't sleep more than an hour or two at a time. in total I get maybe 5-6 hours on a good day. but today was only an hour....ugh

Science! My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
Ladies what was your work schedule like while pregnant? I work 40 hours a week & have only 2 days off a week . Should I cut my hours back ?
I had my little guy at 4:01 PM today. I got an epidural during hour 2 or 3. I was in labor for 9 and a half hours. Epidural lasted until the last 30-45 minutes, so they put a higher dose in and I didn't know I was 10CM I only felt the pressure in my bottom but I was so gassy and I thought it was gas pains. Nope. Went from 3CM to 10CM in less than 2 hours. I didn't tear but they did cut me. I literally didn't feel anything. But he looks like his mommy. He came on his due date

@1stmom1994, I hate that I can't sleep either! Makes me so upset! I think yesterday I only slept for like 4 hours from 7-11am and I had to be at work from 2-10pm and haven't fallen asleep yet it'll be 3:06am here soon and I can't even close my eyes 😓😓
