My ob/gyn suggested it, actually. He told me to just take one instead of two

I was told not to take anything ending with -D, such as Claritin D. You wanna check with your OB/GYN to be on the safe side.

I take claritin d. I wouldn't be able to breathe without it. ughh

Download Ovia. It tells you everything you can eat and not eat. And all the meds you can and can't take.

I think it's once every 12 hours you can take it.
