That looks uncomfortable tbh

deleted-user

deleted-user

Not good on anyone, love the bow though. I hate it when parents make kids look trashy.

deleted-user

deleted-user

Agree with Yaya.

Cute? Yes.

Practical? No.

deleted-user

deleted-user

I wouldn't dress my daughter in a top that showed off her stomach. (If I had a daughter)

The top would be cute if it covered her belly and had straps, that headband is cute too.

The rest of the outfit is just ugly in my opinion ??

deleted-user

deleted-user

No it is not. That shirt needs to be longer and it also needs straps. It's a cute top but not for a baby.

deleted-user

deleted-user

She's a child. If she can't comfortably run around at the park and swing upside down on the jungle gym, then it's not appropriate.

deleted-user

deleted-user

I only like the headband and possibly the shoes? but wtffffff why would someone put this on a child ????

deleted-user

deleted-user

@ skate I understand what you are saying.

As far as the outfit itself goes I just don't think the short is cute at all. I think it would be much cuter with just regular dark baby skinny jeans/jeggings and a different maroon top. I think the ripped jeans make the outfit look cheap and the short reminds me of a lampshade or something. The purse is cute but pointless. A small side purse with a skinny strap would be cute for her to carry some toys in.

deleted-user

deleted-user

This outfit is completely inappropriate in my opinion.

If I had a daughter there is no way in hell they would wear this.

Absolutely no way!

deleted-user

deleted-user

@skate

I didn't single you out for having an opposing view point. I think it's fine if you think this outfit is cute, dress your kid however you want. I just find it very annoying when people say "I never said ____" when they literally just said it. Which is pretty much all you are doing which is why I'm going to stop replying now ✌?️

deleted-user

deleted-user

@four, I haven't disagreed with anyone over their views, or argued that they are wrong. In fact I agreed with melody, that thongs are are not a good choice for a young child. I have not singled anyone out for having an opposing viewpoint.

deleted-user

deleted-user

I think the outfit is ugly. The bow is cute though.

I hope that the ladies worried about pedophiles being attracted to this understand that they are attracted to the child and not what the child is wearing. You can't protect your kid against a pervert's sick thoughts by dressing your kids a certain way.

deleted-user

deleted-user

The only thing I love are the shoes?

deleted-user

deleted-user

@skate

Yep and I was just stating my opinion. If I disagree with someone I'm allowed to state how I feel. Just like melody was stating how she felt and you argued against what she was saying ✌?️

Actually this whole post is about people and their opinions, not everyone has to agree with each other.

deleted-user

deleted-user

For all those saying this is ok. I hope you guys don't get upset when your 12 year old tries leaving the house wearing something like this...

I can't believe some people don't think this is too much. Yes, babies are pure innocence, but why dress them like this? So if I put my 2 year old in a crop top, high heels , booty shorts, lipstick, and eye shadow... some of you would find nothing wrong with that? After all they're innocent babies...

deleted-user

deleted-user

@leo fair enough, mama. I get what you're saying now. Stick by your values.

Мама дочки (1 год), беременна (18 нед.)

My mom made a good point she said these young girls that dress provocatively don't understand the message they are putting out. What's going to trigger sexual thoughts more a 12 year old in a shirt and jeans...or a 12 year old in booty shorts and a crop top? I know pedophiles will see any child and think sexual things but young girls shouldn't be dressing like they do now a days. They are too young.

deleted-user

deleted-user

Yeah that's true pp but there is still sick facks out there that would droll over a baby dressed like that. Its so sad and disgusting on how this world is. I would NEVER allow my daughter (if I had one) wear something like this until she is no longer living under my roof and can make her own decisions.

deleted-user

deleted-user

Hehehhe the bag

deleted-user

deleted-user

A baby is not raped and killed because the mama dressed them a certain way. A baby could be dressed in a spit up stained onesie and long pants, and a sick individual would still do sick things to that child. To pretend otherwise, is victim blaming to the extreme.

deleted-user

deleted-user

People are NOT raped due to their clothing, whether a child or adult. People are raped because are attacked by a RAPIST.

deleted-user

deleted-user

I only love the head band and shoes! ?

deleted-user

deleted-user

The whole outfit is a nope. I don't even like this for a grown woman let alone a child.

deleted-user

deleted-user

@four yes I did say that I didn't get it. I never went back on that. Because of how I see my daughter, I can't see anything on her as anything but innocent. As in, that how I see it. I didn't say someone else couldn't see it that way. I'm open to someone explaining why it's wrong, other than say "it's wrong" or saying "pedophiles ". Pedos will see any child and think something. It doesn't matter what a child is wearing. If you see it as wrong I'm not gonna argue with you over it. You are entitled to have your views as am I, and I respect your way of thinking. But for some reason your view is okay, but mine needs to be argued against or put down. Frankly it's a little petty, to single someone else for thinking differently than you.

deleted-user

deleted-user

I wouldn't put this on my child either BUT no one kill me for this!! Honest question!!!

Do you think people are more upset over the actual outfit? Or the fact that this makes you think of sick pedophiles who would find this "sexy". Because I honestly think it's the sick world we live in that makes these things "inappropriate"

deleted-user

deleted-user

Cute, but I wouldn't pick it for my child if I had a girl. Maybe if the top was longer, and we ditched the purse.

deleted-user

deleted-user

Um no way in heck would I put this on my daughter.

I see ads like this all the time for kids clothes. I hate when people try to dress their children like grown adults.

deleted-user

deleted-user

:(

deleted-user

deleted-user

Hell no.

deleted-user

deleted-user

My husband just said "Ahhhh, HELL NO!" ?

***Edit: I just asked would he be ok with Mya wearing this.

(How ironic that I just went to Rue 21 yesterday to find some jeans for school and I swear, I tried a pair on just like this! ?)

He said, "This might look nice on her when she's 20. She has her whole life to dress like an adult and she's not starting at 2". ?. Poor Mya. Between her Daddy and 3 brothers, she's going to have it rough.

My opinion is, no as well. I do love the headband though. And I agree with @Avery. What could she possibly be carrying in that purse. ?

deleted-user

deleted-user

PP you literally just said you don't get how any outfit can be inappropriate for a child. What are you talking about? Plus a thong on a baby is wrong for a lot more than not having a diaper to poop and pee in.

deleted-user

deleted-user

Hell no.

deleted-user

deleted-user

@melody... that's gross because babies need a diaper or they would get poop and pee everywhere. They're also really uncomfortable so there is no reason for a small child to wear them. Nothing about this outfit is unhygienic or necessarily uncomfortable. So I'm not sure it's a good comparison. I also didn't say no one could find this outfit inappropriate or that it's not possible to dress a child inappropriately. I said I personally don't really see anything inappropriate about this.

deleted-user

deleted-user

Hell no.

deleted-user

deleted-user

The headband is cute.

deleted-user

deleted-user

This outfit would be too much if I were wearing it, let alone my daughter.

deleted-user

deleted-user

The top is cute...say in the summer with some cute shorts though i wouldn't allow my daughter to show her belly. But the jeans looks trashy so no to those... and the shoes are ugly and the purse is not fit for a child.

deleted-user

deleted-user

Everything but the shirt is fine.

deleted-user

deleted-user

Never. This would never be appropriate for any child. Never.

@melody omg ???

deleted-user

deleted-user

Dressing your little one like a little adult can be cute but some people take it overboard.

deleted-user

deleted-user

I think she looks ridiculous.

Oh and there certainly can be inappropriate things on babies. Bet y'all wouldn't be saying 'Awww' if the baby was in a thong lol

deleted-user

deleted-user

Nothing matches lol.

deleted-user

deleted-user

Just like skate I think all babies are innocent so I don't find anything inappropriate for them. I need to look through my baby pictures to post me in my crop tops

deleted-user

deleted-user

Definitely not!

deleted-user

deleted-user

@Mommyness... who says anyone is shaming anyone. Did I miss something?

deleted-user

deleted-user

What?!?!? My daughter would surely pull that shirt off and flash people lol. And I don't care how old someone is I refuse to buy jeans with holes already in them.

deleted-user

deleted-user

It's cute .... For me lol I wouldn't dare dress my daughter like this.

deleted-user

deleted-user

Too revealing for a little one.

deleted-user

deleted-user

Pants and shoes are fine but everything else has to go

deleted-user

deleted-user

Everything isn't shaming.

deleted-user

deleted-user

I feel like babies and toddlers are supposed to dress cute and cuddly! Ya know, age appropriate stuff. Panda bears, owls, flippin Elmo not try be be twinsies with their mom. I just think it's too much! Why are some parents trying to make their children appear older than they are? ? let kids be kids! That's just my opinion though.

Edit: it's not "inappropriate" though, just not really my cup of tea on what a kid should be wearing.

deleted-user

deleted-user

I think it's really cute. It's not our style, but it's not hideous. I don't really get how any outfit is "inappropriate" for a child. I just can't see my child as anything but innocent, no matter what clothes I put her in.

deleted-user

deleted-user

I don't see anything wrong with the outfit, I think it's adorable. If my daughter asked me to wear this, I'd let her. I wouldn't personally dress her in it cause I'm ehhhhh about ripped jeans, but it's cute! ?

If a mom wants to dress her daughter like this, who are we to shame her?

deleted-user

deleted-user

Uh no

deleted-user

deleted-user

I wouldn't let my daughter wear it especially at that young of an age

deleted-user

deleted-user

Occasionally I'd wear something like this. I'm probably about 22 years older than this kid.

deleted-user

deleted-user

No, no, nope. My daughter won't wear something like this. My mother wanted to buy her hot Pants last summer. Heck. She is not even 2.

deleted-user

deleted-user

The whole outfit is ugly and the shirt isn't age appropriate. I can tell the mom really tried though. The headband is the only part I like.

deleted-user

deleted-user

Dressing kids like this is so popular now. There are a lot of accounts on Instagram that basically "mom manages" and they dress them like adults!

deleted-user

deleted-user

I love the headband and shoes everything else is inappropriate for my daughter.

deleted-user

deleted-user

That's not at all appropriate. Why are we trying to make little girls grow up so fast?? ?

deleted-user

deleted-user

I love the headband! And I'd only ever let my DDs wear that shirt to the beach or something. Everything else is a negative.

deleted-user

deleted-user

I have a 2nd cousin that dresses her 7 year old and almost 2 year old like this ?

deleted-user

deleted-user

I love it except the pants. DD has a few crop tops and I pair it with leggings but all her leggings are high lol. I have a thing with baby belly buttons ? the jeans would be cute with a different shirt. LOL at the showing off to friends??? I wish I had some lol

deleted-user

deleted-user

I like everything except the shirt.

deleted-user

deleted-user

It might be cute, if you were like 20!!! What in the world is her mom thinking? My dh would blow his top if I ever attempted to dress our girls like this lol (but I would never!)

deleted-user

deleted-user

I only like the shoes

@mommy right?! Lol

deleted-user

deleted-user

Nope. Just no.

deleted-user

deleted-user

Shoes are borderline ugly. Jeans are too much. Shirt looks like a skirt. It's cute for little girls to carry a purse but not an adult purse that looks way too heavy for her.

But her headband is on point though.

deleted-user

deleted-user

Ridiculous for her age. Pedophiles would have a hay day.

deleted-user

deleted-user

Nope. That's a bit much for me.

deleted-user

deleted-user

Definitely not age appropriate. Way to much!!!! Not for my girl lol
