the other day my aunt kept telling me "that's not birth! unless your child come out of your vagina, you haven't gone through birth" regarding my having a c-section with my daughter. it irritated me so much, but I kept my mouth shut because I KNOW that no matter how she came out what I went through was child birth. I don't understand how she can say something like that.
I've given birth vaginally and via c section. My babies came from within me. Doesn't matter how they came out, they came out of my body, they have a day of birth, we celebrate birthdays, therefore, I still gave birth to my c section baby.
@kimberlyyyy, I know! I was so disappointed that she even made that comment. it's not like I asked for one. My doctor made the decision because it was best for my daughter and even if I had requested one it's still giving birth.
I got told the same thing but regardless you were still going through pain for your child . Its a mothers love once a baby is born. I had a c-section they said it was a easy way out and stuff but I ignored it don't let it get too you !
