Weird question

Ok so I have my annual with my OBGYN tomorrow. Getting a Pap smear and all. As I recall in the past u are not supposed to have sex within 24 hours of the appt. is that right?!?! They didn't say anything when I made the appt but I vaguely remember them saying that years ago!!!

I don't recall bleeding with my other 2 during pregnancy. Is that normal???? It's not dark red it's light red
