Depending on your insurance you may have to go through your OB where he'll need to write you a prescription in order for you to get one. Another way would be to call your insurance

Call them and tell them your breastfeeding and they should send you one

All insurance companies should provide one for free!

Breast pumps are free thru insurance. And if you have wic they give you one

Call and say you just had a baby and you're breastfeeding, they should send you one without a problem.
