If you're sick keep nursing.  The antibodies in your milk will prevent baby from getting sick :)

Your body produces antibodies so baby dont get sick or get what you have so baby is fine, keep nursing!

upset tummy is fine..  if you have a cold I'd make sure I was eating a lot of greens, vitamin d, and making sure baby wasn't in my face.. perhaps consider prebiotic drops for baby to help keep baby from the Cold
