Is anybody elses mom like going over board ? My mom wants to be off at least 3 days when the baby gets here so she can ' be with me ' im not going to need help and thats what the dad is for 🙄 i want her there for the delivery and to come visit and stay for alil of course but i dont want her there allday everyday jesus 😤
I can't take it anymore! Haley (yes my 1mth old and no I wasn't able to go through this "joy" of nursing my older daughter, Molly) has been screaming non stop for 6hrs! All she wants to do is eat and I can't have her attached to me all day, everyday! She has wanted to eat every hr on the hr for the past 3hrs! I put her in her room so I don't scream at her but I just can't take it!
Will your Mom be in the delivery room? My mom made it sound like she was gonna be in the delivery room when I give birth, and quite frankly, I would just like it to be me and my fiancé. It's our first, and I want to share that special moment with just him. I don't want to hurt her feelings, and I know this is something she would really like to be a part of. So I feel bad telling her no.

FTM problems... So I've made it pretty clear that I want to buy my daughter her fist Halloween costume. Her babysitter/nanny keeps saying she wanted to make her one. I told her yesterday that I wanted to find her something that my SO and I could dress up as a family. So I told her I am going to get it. She just text me and said 'not trying to step on your toes but I bought her two costumes'. She does this all the time. Anytime I want to do the "first" things with her she immediately does it. It's making me sad. Like I wish I could quit my job and be home with her.
Am I a bitch? My husband wanted to go to lunch with a girl who's a friend but her boyfriend wouldn't be there. I threw a fit and got upset and he didn't go, should I have let him?

Its not that shes tryna control everything its just she invited herself to the delivery when I honestly i want it to just be me and my babys dad and now she wants to take off 3 days like wth what are you going to be doing for 3 days ? Cause i dont want you there alllday maybe for a few hours or something 🙄 @cheeycheey

I know she is thats why i changed my mind and im letting her be there at first i didnt want anybody there but him but im not sure what she plans on doing for 3 days lol like seriously and im trying to put it in a nice way but i don't know how cause i know she is excited dont want to hurt her feelings @cheeycheey

Think again. Take her help into consideration. Although I wanted my mom there of course because she's my mom for 1 and secondly, i was having her first grandson, but she was really such a help! Having a baby was no joke and the pain I felt, I didn't even want to put up with the dad at the moment just wanted my mom. She knew me the best

Yeah see it sounds like your really close to your mom . Im not saying she cant be there when i have the baby already said she could . But She wants to be there 3 days after and i have a big house with alot of people plus her dad im not going to need her to stay for 3 days she can visit for a while come back later the same with his mom etc but i dont want her there allday thats to much @sokori

I'm having the same thing with my mom 😧. I keep telling her the first 2 weeks are bonding time with the baby and we don't want anyone over but then she gets emotional and says I'm not just anyone blah blah blah lol
