So when I lay on my stomach I have pressure I don't know if I am pregnant or not but it is sore

I just read through all of your posts. if you don't mind me asking, how old are you? if you believe you are pregnant while using an IUD you need to seek medical care immediately. while some pregnancies can be liable with an IUD, most of them result in a tubal pregnancy which needs to be terminated to prevent rupturing of the fallopian tubes. If you are planning or hoping to become pregnant, having the IUD removed would be the first successful step. Additionally, if you were pregnant, it would be way too soon in your pregnancy (based on your 3 to 4 week estimate) to really feel any of the side effects that you are listing. If you are having pain in your sides or stomach, I highly suggest having your Dr check the placement of your IUD because it could have pierced the uteran wall or shifted out of place.
