Sadly, my milk supply is slowing down. I can't latch my son to make it shoot back up. I got him to latch a few times but not for long. I hope I don't have to put him on straight formula. I don't have anything against it, I just rather breastfeed my son. I've been drinking a shit ton of water. Eating right. I'm stressing, so that may have something to do with it. Idkk. I'm just so blah. I'm giving it till the end of the month, my milk doesn't increase, formula it is. /:
Ps: I've tried everything in the book to get it back up.

Power pump.. For two days pump for 15min every 2 hrs i know it's a hassle but it works
