I work at a sushi bar my Dr said it was fine to eat raw in moderation abs as long as you trust the sushi place

not bad at all. very common in Japanese culture and last time I checked, they're poppin with their population lol

It's really not recommended if you're eating sushi with raw meat

i eat the California rolls with the crab all the time my doc said its safe since its cooked

give it a try you might like it! there are a lot of rolls that have no meat ☺

I love salmon! No advice there something you'd have to decide for your own since I'm no doctor 😂 I had sushi once or twice my last pregnancy but your experience might not be like mine 😕

I just ate a whole plate of sushi, anything cooked is fine. but honestly if you have a decent sushi place that isn't going to give you old sushi, eat whatever. I do.

you can have sushie just make sure it's cooked

or you can have them cook your crab/salmon ☺ but veggie sushi is my personal fave!
