I'm 38 weeks and 1 day. I was told to go back home from the hospital three days ago to wait for labor. They said I was 2cm dilated and my baby's head is in position and was felt by the nurse during the check. She said my body is showing signs that it is ready for labor. So as of now I have been experiencing BH every time I get up and move around. My lower back will begin to ache and I am feeling pressure not just from my vagina but also my anus (I know tmi but how else do I say it lol) So I'm waiting for my water to break. I've heard the water doesn't always break. Soooo any ideas ladies on what I should try to do to speed my progress up. I don't know what to do!!!! Help please!!
