so I've figured out that why I look so big this pregnancy is because my DR is sooooo bad it's making me look further along than I really am....kinda scared I'll need surgery to correct it, any advice from any of you mommas but especially those that have had 3-4 babies 😁😁😁 TIA

I didn't have 3 pregnancies but I had twins with my first and got DR so I'm looking a lot bigger now when I'm only 5 months. Google some workouts but do NOT do any crunches or ab exercises as it can make it even worse. I found a lot on Pinterest too
