Tmi for some , but all jokes aside. I'm fully aware our vaginas stretch and dilate during labor but I'm still worried mine won't be big enough to fit a baby out of it without tearing when the time comes due to having such a small and tight vajayjay !!?? Seriously every time we have sex it takes like five mins to finally get it in comfortably to where it doesn't hurt anymore and then I just think to myself, how the heck am I going to fit a baby out of there if it hurts to have sex .. Ugh
I has the massages done midwife used oils while pushing I believe that helped so the tear wasn't that bad as it could have been
if it's your first your probably will tear. I did had to get stitches but everything returns to normal my so still says how tight it is like I never had kids. also have to have a small speculum used during pap tests
@paisleesmommy, try to look up about this perineal massage I justt wrote above your comment.. even though you don't have almost any time, it could be helpful.. maybe doing it twice a day..
oh my gosh just yesterday my Dr did an exam and was like "wow it's so tight in there girl I can barely get my fingers to your cervix" I was like oh that's wonderful how the hell am I supposed to get a baby through there!?!? lol
there's one exercise you can do to stretch your vajayjay, you have to start at least 5 weeks before labor to be more helpful.. ссылка
it will be OK and you may tear it tends to happen alot or you maybe lucky and not tear. I tore with my second and had to have an episiotomy with my third. our bodies know what to do when it comes to pushing a baby out.
I actually had a nurse say "wow, no wonder your having another csection" during an exam. They do stretch and sometimes tear. they'll give you an episiotomy if necessary to prevent tearing too severely
Thank you all very very much, at least I don't feel alone !
