So My sons Bio dad is taking me to court for visitation rights. I keep my son from him because his family lies to me about my sons whereabouts, they don't take care of him, he always comes back with blistered diaper rash and his skin rash is flaired up, they have underage drinking in the home all the time, etc.. well we had a hearing and our judge was completely unfair. bio dad failed a drug test and nothing was done about it. so I've been doing research on this judge and he is horrible! one woman lost her kids to a man who murdered his girlfriend and her two kids and he is in prison. that guys parents now have custody and she tried to get her kids back and he said no all because he's friends with that guys parents who have the kids. he also allowed a child molester custody of a child. the girl was 2 1/2 and told her mom 'daddy licked my bottom like a sucker' this and the judge didn't do anything about it. this man also threatened to kill the littles mom, the little girl and her little brother. I am beyond concerned and disgusted now having this judge...😠😤😲

I planned on it, just right now I have to go with it because my attorney said I could lose custody of my son over that. but afterward Im gonna let my son call him whatever he wants and just watch what I say around his bio dad. I'll probably take him back to court anyway to actually get justice for my child with a different judge.

@tiffany_hull, you should talk with your attorney you should be able to request a new judge.

Smh when it's all said and done and the judge has rendered his final decision I would let my son call him whatever he wants. If his biological dad cares that much make him pay to continually take you back to court behind this little issue... From what you're saying as far as history.. I don't think he will

that's exactly what I'm afraid of. Now because his biological Father has security issues he is forcing my son to be isolated and he will feel more like a step child than ever and less than a part of the family. he already is gonna have a different last name, and now my son is gonna be 3 asking me why he can't call the father figure of the house daddy. and I feel so bad for my husband because he stepped up to a plate that another man left on the table and ha taken care of Zayne like his own and loved him like his own many people can't even tell he isn't his bio dad. He has taken care of Zayne when Bradley didn't want to and this is how Bradley repays him. @rhonda.otero

It's not right. So when this baby is born your son will feel left out because this baby will be calling him daddy. It can create a complex, I was a stepchild and my mother wouldn't allow me to call my stepmother mom although my step sister called my dad, dad... 3 kids later I was the only one who didn't say mama and daddy in the whole house. It singled me out and that wasn't fair. I love my mom to death but my stepmom has been around since I was 2 and I still call her by her first name and she still wants me to call her mom but I always have to think about my moms feelings.. It's just not right to put that on a child

I wish there were more people who were as understanding as you! I never forced my husband upon my son with calling him daddy. he just started that on his own. I am devastated that they just took that right away from. @rhonda.otero

Omg I didn't know they could even do that. If your son feels like he is daddy and chooses to call him that no one has the right to tell him no. Are they thinking about how he would feel or react to this?! What happened to what's best for the child. Not what's best for daddy's ego

EXACTLY!!! He just look at Bradley (sons bio dad) and said "do you understand you failed?" that was it. he acted like he didn't even care. and he gave him visitation still until our actual court date, he Also is forcing me to not allow my son to call my husband daddy. he acts more like a father than Bradley does. he does more for him too. I am so unhappy with the justice system these days. @rhonda.otero

That's crazy! I would do everything in my power to be put into another court with a new judge... The fact that he failed the drug test should hold some merit and the rest of this judges decisions just seem stupid

I'm gonna do everything I can! my lawyer seems pretty confident though that she knows what to say and how to handle him. but I'm not taking any chances. @mamabear01 @snowbaby313

we've already had our pre-trial hearing so it will be too hard to change, our court is actually in 90 days. I already looked into it @selene_drt

My reaction as well! this judge is also biast (if that's how you spell it) because when him and his wife divorced he felt she kept his kids from him so now he is pro-fathers rights instead of for what's best for the kids. @adevlin2
