this is like $5, no more than $10. I only use half a packet whenever I use it on my son, and it has worked on just regular diaper rashes, and his eczema

butt paste is a really good diaper rash cream but I'd try an antifungal first to be sure

I would try a anti fungus cream. Like athletes feet cream.

I also treated it and never got it none of us did it was isolated gone quick can't hurt to try

I'm looking at the pic and my daughter just got over ring worm and hers looked just like it .. U can get lotrimin she only had two spots the ped said if she got more like 5 or more they would treat different but since it was one lotrimin was fine .. It never spread

Try plain Vaseline .. It will repel the pee also it could be an allergy to the diapers my babies were allergic to all but huggies

it actually doesn't look like ringworm like everyone is saying. I thought I had ringworm and passed it to my son and it turns out we both have a type of eczema which is mistaken for ringworm. oatmeal bath by Aveeno works best on rashes and eczema.

How old is he? You could try an oatmeal bath or the have stuff by aveeno for eczema that you put in baths. I've had eczema my whole life and I know when it'd get bad my mom would do that. I also got prescribed a cream for it when I was a little older.

I'd just wait till then and try aveno eczema cream but put the coconut oil on then the cream that's what my friend does with her son it's the only thing that works for him and target sells a brand of bath stuff called mustella worked great on my cousin try to also let him air out just put the diaper over him but not closed when you put the lotions on so it soaks in

@twinscomingsoon, @abeals04 the quickest I could get him into his pediatrician is the 15th. I'll try the eczema cream and see if it works. I'm not sure if I should take him into the ER just for that

That doesn't look like diaper rash. It could be eczema.

@andrew_nikolai2015, hmmm yeah you're right. Maybe just eczema. It just resembles ringworm. Hmmm. Maybe ask your pediatrician?

Ring worm is contagious I would also recommend washing sheets like crazy but you would need an open sore

I would take him to the dr then it could be a few things it could be ring worm like @twinscomingsoon said it could be just eczema it could be psoriasis if the diaper rash cream isn't helping then it is something other than diaper rash
