Ok ladies, what are the best brands of breast pumps? I just called my insurance and I thankfully am 100% covered for an electric pump, so now I need to know what mom's recommend and why??
Ladies I called my insurance about breast pump and they said with their insurance in order to get a pump I get a prescription from doctor then I call 3 different numbers to see what my insurance covers but the only thing is I have to wait til baby is born to call and get pump so I want to at least buy a hand pump which do you ladies recommend for hand pump and when I can get a pump from insurance please n thank you 💖💖
Breast pump covered by insurance I've already done what I needed to find out what type of pump I get covered through insurance. It turns out, with my insurance, I can't even get my pump shipped to me until I call them with all the birth details of my baby. So...wth am I supposed to do having a baby and no pump?! I plan to pump exclusively and this REALLY throws a wrench in my plans.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
What the hell has happened on here? What with all the drama, all I have managed to find is that someone has said somebody is lying about being pregnant wtf ...... What the hell is going on 😐
I EBF I hardly pump.. thing is I start school on Tues and I need to start pumping so I can leave some milk for my husband to feed him while I'm gone it's a 4 hour class what should I do?

Medela! They are steel so hold up well and very quiet and like the closest thing to a baby. It goes through a stimulation phase before it starts pumping which was perfect for me because if my boobs weren't first stimulated it took longer for the milk to come out

Several people recommended the Spectra s2 so that is what I got. They said they like it way better than the Medela. I'm not due till March 20th so I couldn't tell you how it works lol. I've been playing around with it and I love that it has a night light feature, timer and massage mode.

It looks like my other options are Ameda purely yours, spectra 9 plus advanced, freemie hands free, hygia q, and that's it from the one place.

I think I got 6 choices. I ordered mine from Edgepark.com and got it in less than a week. Was super easy. All you do is type in insurance and pick pump and they handle the rest by calling your doctor to get prescription and calling your insurance for you.

Okay medela ladies does it have a good back flow protection??? my flow is strong and I've used 3 types of pumps.. 2 of which would get backed into the tubes and not get to the bottles as fast as the milk came! @aj33 @quea!! @maybabyboy if you have questions about the hygia one just message me!!! the only pump that I've found works for me is the tommee tippee double electric but it's discontinued:(

@autumnrae, yes, when I was engorged or baby missed a feeding I would have a very heavy let down and I never had problems. Omg I hated the hygia. It was so loud I couldn't pump in the same RM my daughter was sleeping in and my husband dropped it one time and it was done for after that!
