It happens actually it's called Apothsia I think, being completely born without a foreskin or a natural circumcision or a half circumcision

@sarahemccormick, mhmm they told us when we were gunna get it done that it didnt really need to be that they wernt gunna do much that he pretty much already was... An i thought that was crazh! But hey if he is an he dont need the surgery im not arguing an that is awesome! Guess @skyfullofstars344 said there is a name for it..
