Another post got me thinking... Do you think your child's name is unique?!
By unique I mean shared by almost no-one else
My first born is named Ptolemy Grey (silent p, sounds like ta-la-me) and my second is Elara Lux (sounds like L-r-uh). Hubs is a physicist and I'm an artist so we have unique names for them. Ptolemy was a Greek astronomer. Elara is one of jupiters moons and lux is s measurement of light. ?
My stepdaughter named her little girl Jaya....I've never heard it before. My cousin's name is Jarett and I thought my aunt had totally just made it up but then I met my now husband and my stepson is Jarett. I see it more now. My other cousin is Jennings he's the only one I've ever met....
My daughter's name Aryam (Ary-um) it's my first name spelled backwards. I thought I made it up, but turns out there's a few Aryam's around the world. .including an Arabian celebrity and an island somewhere lol. There's an actress from Orange is the new black and her daughter's name is the same thing, spelled exactly like my daughter's..
My first son is pretty common (although I thought it was unique at the time) his name is Riley James. I've heard one other boy named that same first and middle. My second son is Ethan Stone( R.I.P. Angelbaby). I've never heard those two names together. My 3rd son is the most unique. His name is Takoda Nuh. I haven't heard it so far. I don't believe I will. I'm hoping this one is my girl. If it is she'll either be named Aubrey or Abby
My name is different, but not that unique. I've never personally met anyone with my name, but I know there are plenty of them out there. My name is Aleena.
My son'a first name is pretty common, though I don't hear it as often anymore. I've never met anyone with his middle name either and have had people say they've never heard it before but I have no clue how that's possible lol. His middle name is Bartholomew.
My daughter's name is the same. I've only met one person with her first name but it's spelled differently. And I've only seen her middle name a few times: in King Lear where I fell in love with it, and a couple times on here. Her middle name is Cordelia.
I don't know if my son's name is unique but its not a popular name either. We havent met anyone in person or found anyone online with his name yet but who knows maybe one day it'll happen. Also it's an hyphenated first name (unusual where I live but traditional in some old families) so it's easily unique
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...

So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
Just seen a chick on offer up selling 12 mo old baby clothes, bottles and (gasp) baby milk! 5 cans for 10 bucks each. They damn near 30 in the store !!!!! Now is a bad mom? Idnt think so 😝😝😎
Georgettly (pronounced as, Georjelly) yeah, t's are somewhat silent.
Georgette and Lee combined because her dad is George and I liked Lee, but shortened it.
Her last name is also unique, Hernsparza. Her dad and I married our last names and legally that's hers. Hernandez + Esparza.
