Baby slept in the bed with us all night cause I was washing the bedding to his rocker. Worst sleep I've had since he first came home from hospital lol our bed is too small for all 3 of us

Too small A queen size bed just won't cut it! DH is 6'3 280 lbs and I'm 6'2 and 22w pregnant. Between the two of us, my pug and pillows, one of us is usually falling off the bed! Should we look at a king? Or California king replacement bed. What's the difference?
