so as every mom should know, when you get pregnant and get big your stomach muscles stretch. well, I got pretty big. and ever since I've been on a mission to get my abs and a better body back! I leave for the army in 8 weeks, so whether I'm in shape or not they will make sure I am. I'm just excited to see my body changing my biceps become bigger and not feel so gross! if anyone needs any help or advice feel free to get a hold of me. 💪 I probably know more than I should. I worked out before my pregnancy, during and after. because I knew my journey to the army would be a lot harder if I did not. hopefully, and God willing, I can run those 2 miles before I leave. lol.
I don't live by myself either.. it's all about the motivation to do it and if you want it bad enough @carlitojrmami
I workout with my baby sometimes. I'll put him on my shoulders and do squats. or calve raises there's A TON of exercises you can do with your baby. I had to quit work at 20 weeks and I had hydronephrosis during my pregnancy and was in and out of the hospital the last three four months. but we'll worth it, my son was very healthy and I ate healthy which means he did. you can always find a way around it! @carlitojrmami
