I no longer can tell the difference between BH & actual contractions. I was woken up this morning by some serious pain to the point I was crying & could barely move. I've never had BH that were that intense. I have 4wks left.. And this pressure/pain is getting BAD

time them.. if you have more than 4 in 1 hour call your ob
