I don't know how contractions feel but I know I'm in complete PAIN .... how do you know if they are BH , contractions / active start to labor ????
How would I know if I am having contractions? Im a first time mom and I feel bad cramps, I feel pressure sometimes but I don't know how it would feel to have contractions or what counts as one. Any advice?
I do love the way people say you will know when your in labour and having contractions well I will be honest I didn't know and my pains weren't that severe till I was fully dilated I'm sure everyone has different pain levels

I know I've posted this before but when your water was leaking did it stay leaking or just with movements or what? Did you get contractions shortly after or no? I rolled out of bed and felt warmth leak out but Idk if it was possibly urine or what...never had it happen. It didn't smell like anything really...I know I should either call l&d or go in but I just want some experiences please. I want to wait a bit just in case it's nothing.
I know this is a dumb question and I know it's ok if it happens but I'm just curious, how many of you pooped when giving birth?? I'm a FTM and I wanna know how common it is

@kandidenise1989, they say every pregnancy is different but my friend thought she was having BH but was 4cm and having real contractions from what her doctor told her and yes she ended up having her bby girl yesterday afternoon but I'm asking as a FTM because I don't know what to expect

Real will come more like a pattern and they will start to get stronger and get closer the more you have them. BH will stayed spaced out and not get as strong.

Contractions won't go away when you rest and contractions won't let you sleep BH on the other hand will and go away within the hour or two contractions come in waves as well and each time they get stronger and strong but BH feel more like a tightening and can be uncomfortable but again people do experience differently depending on pain tolerance
