BH Contractions!!! On a scale of 1-10 how painful was your BH's????

It's basically fake labour. It feels like early labour but ends up stopping. You can start to dilate during it, so it helps your body do some of the "prep work".

@blakes_mum whats a prodormal labour if you dont mind me asking?

Mine were uncomfortable but not at all painful.

Could also be prodromal labour. I had it starting at 35 weeks with my son ?

Never really felt them

Mine got More and more painful the further along I got

I only feel them on my right side of my vagina and it really hurts. Enough for me to bend over or make a noise. My LO is fully engaged and ready to go so it wouldnt surprise me if im having irregular contractions instead of BH's. But I am a FTM so its all new to me.

I've never had pain with BH

The pain could be intensified by your back problems. I have a bulging disc and my BH's cause my back to cramp and hurt, but that's because of my back issues, not the BH's themselves hurting.

No. Some are painful some are not. It's the number and frequency that are more concerning.

For me some days they're just a. Bro annoying. Every once in a while they hurt like hell

Only a few had painful BH's ? should i be concerned that im having painful BH's?

I had my fourth baby last year. My third and fourth baby I got such painful Braxton Hicks

@Mrs. Definitely not the real ones that are really irregular and never last for longer then 20 minutes. I dont know if it is cause of my scoliosis in my lower spin that is causing me to feel it more. But when i told my midwives about them they werent concerned at all and told me they were BH

Mine have been pretty painful for the last few days but they never regulate an turn into real labor ??

0. Are you sure it's not labour? I thought BH's weren't supposed to hurt. Mine are i tense and very tight, but never painful.
