Short Luteal Phase?

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

What can I do to clear up Tinley's butt? I have tried everything and it's still welted with blisters. It got like this yesterday when she kept pooping. She screams when I wipe her butt and doesn't want to sit in her jumparoo or anything.
