okey so every time I eat food Anna'Leah watches me. so I gives her the flavor not the chicken because she is only 3 months. next thing I know she is spring up a lot and crying like crazy. what is wrong with her? can I give her baby cereal or rice? I breastfeed.

omgosh life saver thank you you put it better then my cousin but yea I will ask her ped before I just think it's okay to give her food. thank you @hellosweetie
She's probably just excited at the new tastes, since she's only 3 months it's still too early to let her have solids regularly, if you let her taste things (low allergy risk things only of course) I'm sure there's no harm, but her digestive system can't really handle eating solids quite yet....I would wait until the pediatrician gives you the go ahead, they look for signs they are ready like a relaxed tongue reflex, sitting up, interest in food etc....if she's exclusively breastfed just offer more feeds when she seems hungry, she may be wanting more because of a growth spurt or whatever, but if she nurses often and for as long as she likes your supply will match her needs and she'll calm down after some time again lol We let our girl explore baby oatmeal (which is healthier than rice cereal which is cool, rice has alarming amounts of arsenic in it 😲) around 4 months when the doctor said it was safe, she's only had some every once in a while, and we've slowly let her have other baby foods since then, but not every day, only like once a week just so she can try it 😜 she's 5 months now, and although she gets excited trying new foods and ATTACKS my boobies afterwards, she's still getting enough from me and quite enjoys her booby lol
my friends baby is 3 months and eatong baby food. it all depends of ur baby can sit supported or not. meaning if she can hold her head up
