My boyfriend has an almost 13 year old son that his "baby mama" no longer let's him see. I know that its killing him that Dylan has never met me or his new little sister but there isn't much that can be done about it. I try not to bring it up to him but I wish there was something I could do. :( end rant

that's what I keep saying but we're pretty broke right now and he says she (or her family) has the the money for the best lawyer. I feel like at a certain age tho they must ask the kids what they want. right?

Yes they ask at age 11...it doesn't mean they will do anything just means that they take the child's opinion in to consideration. ..
