So my brothers girlfriend is pregnant. I can't stand either of them. My brother is violent and would rather spend his social security on weed than his bills. he runs out of money so my mom has to bail him out. His girlfriend is immature and so not ready to me a mom. She was pregnant at my wedding in October and I made her leave because she was so drunk she couldn't stand up straight. They just got back from Colorado cause they wanted one last hoorah before the baby was born in June. Of course my mom had to pay their way back. I found out I'm pregnant too. I guess I'm just more upset than I want to admit that my mom never asks about my baby or appointments or anything. Every message is about my brother and his girlfriend and trying to force a relationship between us I don't want. I figured its because she knows ill be able to care for my baby but still. Also, I've had my names picked out for years and now all of a sudden my brother is using my girl name. ugh. #RantOver

i feel the same way about my family i work full time and my job mandates but only time my mother communicates with me is if its anything to do with my brother who drink smokes and enjoys to get arrested but yet me and my joys of being a mom for the 2nd time fall short of her concern...i just dont communicate with them my child(ren) dont need any negativity in their lives...ive been alot more healthy sense cutting out the negativity...hope things work out for u

I'd always comment about love because it seems like that's what's missing between you two. I hope you guys can resolve your issues.
@jesjeslovesyou, if you knew everything you wouldn't be commenting about love. I had a miscarriage in September of 15' a month before my wedding. 3 days after my brother sprained my neck and broke my ankle body slamming me on the ground. so yes, I have unresolved issues but until he grows the hell up I want nothing to do with him. all my mom wants is is super close, that is never gonna happen because we are night and day. I work 2 full time jobs and go to college full time, he does drugs and parties and beats on women. he can fuck off
Sounds like there are some deep rooted issues between you all. Lots of judgement and no love. You should listen to your mom or talk to them about it. They're still your family.. You don't know what people may be going through or went through that got them where they are.
