I plan on giving my,baby strictly breast milk. i would like to give her the boobie when we're at home , but I would like to pump and give her bottles when we plan on going somewhere if possible so the family can get to feed her. what's a good bottle to use? and when should I introduce the bottle? how,hard is it to get them to do both?
Will your Mom be in the delivery room? My mom made it sound like she was gonna be in the delivery room when I give birth, and quite frankly, I would just like it to be me and my fiancé. It's our first, and I want to share that special moment with just him. I don't want to hurt her feelings, and I know this is something she would really like to be a part of. So I feel bad telling her no.

So idk if I’m an asshole for thinking this but a girl I used to go to school with is having her 3rd kid and she’s planning a baby shower and she had one with her other two. I feel like a baby shower is something you do with ur first pregnancy. I live far from my family so I didn’t have one but i did have a baby registry and I’m not even doing that with this pregnancy. Idk I just feel like 3 baby showers is a lot! Especially when she gets things handed to her. Idk maybe I’m an ass for thinking that
so far I have in my birth plan -delayed cord clamping (only to be cut when done pulsating) -NO eye ointment I don't have STD and that's the only way her eyes would get infected -Opting for Oral vitamin K they will not give her that shot -delayed first bath for 24/48 hours and I will be the one to bathe her with the help of nurses (they are born with that stuff on their skin for a reason.) If y'all have any other things I should look into please let me know:D
Ladies...if your husband has a friend of the opposite sex who is asking for advice from him about what to do about her cheating husband....how would you feel about it? Would you even let that conversation go on? I would like to get every and any opinion on this matter

My breastfeeding class said to introduce bottles between 3 & 4 weeks. After 4 weeks it's usually more difficult

Bottle type depends on baby, but be sure to use the slowest nipple flow. @mariedior is right, between 3 and 4 weeks. By this time they have mastered the latch.

I heard if u pick a wider nipple like the nuk bottles they have a better chance of not reconizing the differance
