The husband and I were invited to attend Church Sunday.. my problem is I haven't been to church since I was 16, I don't have any clue on what to wear. HELP!! P.S. I know this shouldn't matter but I'm heavily tattooed and don't really want to make people feel uncomfortable around me. Would long sleeve shirt and jeans do?

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
I don't think she gets it. I swear sometimes I just need to renew my policy to not look at the comments in Facebook. I never used to. I don't know why I started. But the ignorance is real.
😦 a sister from church point of view on breastfeeding in the church.. I don't know what to say to her on this because I use a nursing cover in the hallway when nobody is around.. I don't nurse in the church ⛪ preaching /sitting area but out side of that I would.. Maybe I'm wrong? What is your also thoughts on this (nursing in church)
some girls should shut the hell up .. they always say if you don't have something nice to say then don't say it ! I hate judgmental people with closed minded views .

I definitely have to go shopping as I don't have anything in my closet that isn't black,low cut or has something kinda inappropriate for church on it, I'll be taking all of y'alls advice when doing so :) I appreciate all the helpful input!

See what type of church it is or look to see if they have a website. Some churches are more casual and some are very traditional. but I'd say you would be safe if you wore a long sleeve shirt and a knee length skirt or dress pants.

I'd say business casual but in all honesty if anyone makes you feel uncomfortable about your tattoos then I'd recommend a different church :) no one had a right to judge

Any maxi skirt and a blouse or anything modest; dont feel uncomfortable youre just visiting, no one should judge or feel uncomfortable 😊

it depends on the church. most churches wear formal and k
ladies wear modest skirts. but you can wear pants if u dont have a skirt. add a long sleeve shirt and cardigan

He said come as you are plus they are not there to judge you but I say yes a long sleeved shirt and some jeans or casual pants should do @jenm42615
