Husband finally got on my case to go get my new ID with my new name because he realized if I don't, when I give birth all the baby's stuff will say Baby Girl with my last name instead of his. Oops! Sitting at MVD now.

I still have to do that and I've been married 2 years. Lol in my defense though the big government shutdown happened right after I was married.

All I needed was my marriage license to change my name with the social security office and then took that to the MVD.

Lol sounds like mine.. I just ordered by birth certificate so I can officially have my husbands.. we've been married a year and a half lol I told him better late than never..

Oh man! Haha. We got married in October, so I'm definitely not doing too bad. I probably would have put it off longer if it wasn't for baby and my husband wanting his name on all her stuff
