any mommas stay fit during pregnancy and workout been trying to find classes but all I can find is yoga is there anything else besides pregnant yoga cause I have horrible balance
You could always try your local high school for open swim. Swimming is a great exercise while pregnant since it requires your full body, & it's virtually weightless so you don't have to worry about falling, & as long as you're not trying to trading for the olympics you should be fine 😊 Plus, I think it'll help any pain if you have any since it takes a lot of weight off your joints/back/etc.
