I hope im like my mom! When she was pregnant with me, she was having an average day (she was 40 weeks). She had a weekly apt to see how i was doing. When they checked her, she was already 5 cm and was having contractions every 3 minutes without even knowing! Then they took her to the hospital, and by the end of the night, she had a natural birth with me! So... ill be 39 weeks and 6 days on friday, and maybe ill be just like my mom ;) hahaha fingers crossed!

Dear Moms, Preggie mom @njf1216 sadly posted today that her daughter Reagan Brinkley was born early at 35 weeks sleeping, when doctors discovered that she no longer had a heartbeat. Will your Mom be in the delivery room? My mom made it sound like she was gonna be in the delivery room when I give birth, and quite frankly, I would just like it to be me and my fiancé. It's our first, and I want to share that special moment with just him. I don't want to hurt her feelings, and I know this is something she would really like to be a part of. So I feel bad telling her no.

Had my appointment today !! 14 weeks 4 days.. Checked for gender , its a girl !!! Heartrate 151, she weighs 4 ounces and is 4 inches long.. She has super long legs like me and daddy, and she had her hand on her forehead the whole time !!! I love her so much.. Can't wait to see her again in 2 weeks !!

My doctor said he would induce my labor at 38 weeks, if my baby girl still had growth issues and if the percentile dropped to 10 or less. Last thursday, it was 10 percentile, and he said if she didn't come on her own by 38 weeks, he would induce labor at that time. I'm 36 weeks 1 day today, he said my cervix was super thin, and 1cm dilated. Is there a possibility this can change... that my doctor will let her just come on her own? I don't want to be induced, i would much rather her come on her own when she is ready to come ! As much as I am anxious to meet her and have her home with me, those last few weeks of brain development and lung maturation means so much more to me! I'm hoping and praying that things turn around, and I don't have to get induced. I'm surely going to talk to my doctor about it Thursday when I go back.
