Aiden is off to school. I swear, I hate how kids are nowadays. All you hear is about someone bullying someone and you think that could be your child being bullied. I never stop worrying until he comes home. I may worry too much, but that just means I'm aware of things that go on in our schools now with all the shootings. No parent should be afraid to send their kids to school. It should be the one place u feel that your child is protected. But honestly, they aren't until they are home. Ugh. Is it 3 o'clock yet?

Transgender children So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are your thoughts on the matter? Do u think the parents are behind this? Idk because I haven't met the parents or children. I just think at 5 it's very young for children to really understand. What do u ladies think?

My son starts kindergarten in a month. I went to the schools website to try to find a list of supplies they need. One thing is headphones for iPad...I hate that schools are starting to do this!!!! A lot of kids already have an iPad or kindle or some sort of technology at home, school should be a break from it! Also why would you give a 6 year old an iPad & expect it to be in the same exact condition at the end of the year!?! Does your kids school have iPads?
