Andrew just turned 3 months and I notice he sleeps a lot better if he has a quick bath before bed but my mother says not to give him a bath everyday because he needs the oils on his skin and my mother in law says a 2 minute bath every night is fine... Im 19 years old and a FTM so I'm still learning... All this advice is nice but whats the best choice?!
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

Honestly do what YOU think is best. Maybe just a water bath and no soap every other day.

@andrewsmommy, As long as you put lotion on your baby after every bath its fine. Go with what you think is best they aren't helping you so they have no voice in what you do as a parent.

@blanca_boo they both help alot honestly. It's just one person says one thing than the other. i honestly go with what my mother says but the bath thing I might just stick to doing it before bedtime everyday

@andrewsmommy, there's nothing wrong with a bath every day just use lotion after and it should be fine.When it was hot that's what I did and my sons skin is fine. We know by now everyone has their different views.

@blanca_boo My sons skin is sooo sensitive. The doctor could tell it was because after barley pushing down on his belly at his appointment his finger prints were on his belly! He has little dry patches on his legs. my mom thinks he could have eczema and I may have a little too on my arm.

@andrewsmommy, Aren't their certain types of lotions that he could still use. I've heard lotions they have lotions for eczema.
