Any good remedies to treat a cold? Since there's really no cold medicines we can take and I honestly can't stand liquid medicines anyhow. 😷

There are definitely medicine options! My OB gave me a big list of items I could take.

@alyen2, my OB did too but nothing for a cold only to treat coughs and pains which I don't have. But trying to avoid medicines in general since I can't stand them.

hot tea with honey, ginger, cinnamon, humidifier, nasal sprays, Vicks.

Humidifier ,Vicks , lots of orange juice with pulp( if you don't like pulp regular will do) and rest

My OB gave me a few items for "sinus congestion and colds"... Some are pills and liquid gels. Chlor-Trimeton. Coricidan HBP chest and cold. Ocean Mist Nasal Spray. Sudafed. Tylenol Cold Daytime Non-Drowsy gelcaps. Good luck.
