only ate once today 😯 I know so not good. so I'm having a little more food now for dinner ,also some guacamole on the side,and I know ill be hungry again later. with my son playing till 1 in the snow, then had a little lunch and napped till 5. I don't know what to do. I'm just hungry and I know in have to eat.

its okay to not eat so much early on. most women can't eat much in their first trimester because of morning sickness. its alright mama once you get further along it will be more of a priority to eat .

you are doing fine. I'm almost 14 weeks and I still have a hard time eating. sometimes I can only eat once a day because I still have nausea all day long. your baby is safe and the saying 'I'm eating for two' is false your baby doesn't consume much of what you eat.
