I haven't breastfed for two months since I started working and we'll when I squeeze my boob I still get a little bit out and... I miss the bond so much so I'm thinking of trying to upstart it again I know it'll b alot of work. has anyone ever done this or have any advice?
it shouldn't just don't stress and demand those breaks girl and I will def let you know how it goes :) @momtonoasophia this is my right account logged on old one lol
I completely understand! if you remember, please let me know how that goes after you get the electric pump. I was thinking if i start taking the fenugreek pills and tea since I'm going to start working again soon that should help the pumping process go a bit smoother/quicked at work and wouldnt harm my supply hopefully @saylayceaxo
well I just started my job and every so hours we had 15 min breaks well it wasn't long enough I only had a manual pump so fifteen min I could only do ten min on one boob then go back to work I didn't demand breaks like others did because I'm just seasonal right now and basically trying to keep the job badly. well a month into it in november thanksgiving was our busy week so we had mandatory over time so I was working over 50 hours and at that time they downed our breaks to ten min and lunch to 15 I didn't mind needed money but my supply stopped and couldnt feed her enough so I stopped. but now I'm getting a electric double from insurance and going to demand like 20-30 min every two hours for pumping and not give up. @momtonoasophia
I'm confident ill keep my job just didn't want that to damper it you know?
u can try making a smoothing to help with lactation using flax seed and brewers yeast and quick cook oats I made some really good smoothies with bananas almondmilk flax seed brewers yeast oats u can make it with different fruit as well just make sure u keep the three key ingredients in there and ull be good and keep hydrated drink lots of water cuz that helps too
