I have some respiratory infection and gave it to my two week old. I got a humidifier and saline spray, she's getting a little better and her boogies are yellow! She's still coughing and has a runny nose, how long will she have this before it goes away?

Has she been to her doctor? If she's coughing, you should probably take her in. It is so easy for them to get rsv at that age

That's scary. My son had rsv and double ear infections and never ran a fever.
